GDM Lindex are specialist global procurement agents for public and private sector businesses. With over 30+ years experience and offices in the UK and the US, the company operates across a diverse range of industries and offers the ability to act as a single source for a variety of goods.

With growing export volumes to the Caribbean alongside positive developments in the US, GDM Lindex partnered with Marketing Labs to redesign and relaunch their clunky and outdated website. The new site needed to highlight served industries, display monthly updates and offer the ability to bolt-on a shop at a later date. It was important the new design was easy to navigate and incorporated unique content.

Working in partnership with Marketing Labs, the new design was built with Divi on WordPress. Dedicated industry-related landing pages were created with unique content to maximise search engine visibility. SEO redirects were also set-up to direct traffic and equity from previous URLs.

The website’s navigation was kept simple and clean using a two-tier menu that works smoothly across all devices. A noticeboard-style blog page was designed and Divi theme training was given to the in-house team about how to write, design and publish updates.

I got Mike involved with this redesign project as I needed a freelancer who could proactively manage the brief and client communication. From start to finish, he worked like a pro, designing a website that exceeded the client’s expectations. Mike also implemented a sound SEO migration and provided a first-class Divi theme training session to the client’s in-house team.
