BBD Leisure Buildings design, manufacture and install quality timber buildings across Buckinghamshire and the neighbouring counties. With over 20+ years of experience in the industry, the family-run company prides itself on offering garden buildings for all budgets that are built to last a lifetime. From garden sheds to summerhouses, home offices to log cabins, they are the ‘go-to’ business in the local area for garden outbuildings.
With their show site unfortunately closed during the pandemic, Directors Brett and Karen got in touch to start a project to revamp and relaunch the previously outdated website that was performing poorly, to attract new customers online. The brief was to design and develop a modern and mobile-responsive site that clearly showcased all the different types of buildings available. An SEO migration was also required to ensure performance of the new design.
Built with Divi on WordPress, the new website has exceeded all expectations, generating so much new business that the company ran out of wood shortly after work got back to normal post-lockdown!
Supported with best-practice SEO foundations throughout, the new design includes 12 landing pages that showcase each building type with specifications. With carefully curated content, these pages have helped to significantly increase contact form conversions and organic traffic from search engines.
The new website is now a vital customer acquisition channel and supports show site footfall. Performance tracking shows that ranking keywords have increased from 160 to 456 with a 183% increase in keywords that rank in positions #1 to #3!
